Crossroads Animal Aid
Why Volunteer?
Crossroads Animal Aid is dedicated to creating lasting change for animals in need through hands-on service, education, and global impact. At the heart of our work is an annual mission trip focused on lifesaving spay and neuter services, preventative care, and community support in underserved areas. These trips are made possible through the dedication of volunteers, fundraising efforts, and generous donations that allow us to reduce suffering and prevent overpopulation.
We are committed to helping animals receive the care and support they deserve. Our team works tirelessly to provide medical treatment, rehabilitation support, and resources that give animals a second chance at a healthier, safer life.
Fostering saves lives. By opening your home to an animal in need, you create space for more animals to receive help, medical care, and a second chance. While Crossroads Animal Aid is an aid-based nonprofit and not a rescue organization, we proudly support independent rescuers who share our mission. Two of our board members, Annie and Allison, independently work year-round to support animals in need through fostering and placement efforts within the United States. Having more U.S.-based fosters allows them to expand this lifesaving work.
Volunteering with Crossroads Animal Aid can take many forms, including joining our mission trips, helping with fundraising and donation efforts, and supporting fostering initiatives for animals in need. If you’re interested in fostering and being part of this impact, we encourage you to apply and learn more.
If interested in fostering, we support independent rescuers Annie Cooper and Allison Lindsey. Please reach out to Annie at Anniecooper03@gmail.com or Allison at Allie9685@gmail.com.
